THE TWO BASIC INGREDIANTS YOU NEED.
1. 2 eggs
2. A banana
See i told you I'm not lying. You crack both eggs and pour it into the bowl. Next, just peel the banana and mash it. But if you're like me and you're lazy then just blend both ingrediants! BUT, you have to be careful. Don't blend it for too long because the mixture might become too thin which will give you a hard time frying the pancakes! So just blend for like 3 seconds and you're good to go! To fry it, you just heat up your pan, apply some oil and pour your batter. I use extra virgin olive oil by the way.
I use cocoa powder if i crave for chocolate and other times i use cinnamon! It's up to you to do what you want. I then take a tablespoon of all natrual peanut butter and mix it with some almond milk (you can use cow milk or soy milk) and a bit of water. Next, just mix them up and you continue adding more water if you want the mixture to become thinner. To make it sweeter i drizzle some raw honey!!
