International Friendship Day ♡
This day turned out to be amazing. It didn't start out in a good way to be honest but it got better and i enjoyed myself even more compared to last year. We assembled at the hockey pitch, did the same morning routine and started the day by watching the cheerleaders! Girls at my school can really dance. I wanted to join cheer but I was too shy and scared. Marie House (purple house) won first place for cheer and i think the deserved it because their dance was really good and creative!
We got dismissed and were able to go wherever we want. My clique and I went to watch and support the relay runners from all the houses. (Marie, purple house, Isabel, green house, Ignatious, red house, Caroline, yellow house, Joseph, orange house and Catherine, blue house)
they hadto sprint across the hockey pitch with the baton and whoever finishes first, WINS!
After that we just went wherever we wanted and ate the amazing food that the parent support group had prepared for us! I also took as much of Polaroids i could because it wasn't easy to findpeople in a big school. Later, FY, Yve, Jolene and I went to watch the watermelon challenge where the secondary 3, 4 and 5 girls try to eat the watermelon without using their hands. It was really funny to watch them to be honest. But I swear next year I'm going to take part because it seems really fun!
I then had to go because i had to play in Grab The Tag where two groups were seperated into two, red and yellow. We then have to try and get as many tags for our group to win. The group i played against was strong and one of the girl was so rough she scratched me and kept beating my butt. Yet I had fun but I couldn't play the second round because my knee started to hurt. Sigh.
It was then time to assemble at the hall. We were then told who were the champions and sadly my house, Isabel, got the last place. Catherine were the champions this year though. Well, even though my house didn't win i still had fun!
These were the Polaroids i took today ♡
