my new year resolution ✓

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE ☻ i shall just start listing my new year resolution now!

- to exercise more and stay healthy
- to lose more body fat but still remain the same weight
- to study hard for this year
- to save ALOT of money (and spend everything during sales)
- to stay organized (I AM NEVER ORGANIZED WHICH IS ANNOYING)
- to stay positive 
- to control my anger (if you know me well MY ANGER IS BAD)

i really hope i follow everything and fulfill them by the end of the year and i am literally praying to god to make 2014 a better year for me because I won't lie, 2013 was nothing but a BIG MESS. That's all for now, I will think hard for my next blog post  HAPPY NEW YEAR AGAIN AND HOPE 2014 WOULD BE A GOOD YEAR FOR YOU!!

HEALTHY PANCAKES

People often think that healthy eating is boring and TASTELESS. I thought that too. But no, it can be delicious and sometimes even better than junk food. Today i decided to share my favorite breakfast recipe, PANCAKES. The best part is that you only need 2 ingrediants and no i am not lying!!!


THE TWO BASIC INGREDIANTS YOU NEED.
1. 2 eggs 
2. A banana

See i told you I'm not lying. You crack both eggs and pour it into the bowl. Next, just peel the banana and mash it. But if you're like me and you're lazy then just blend both ingrediants! BUT, you have to be careful. Don't blend it for too long because the mixture might become too thin which will give you a hard time frying the pancakes! So just blend for like 3 seconds and you're good to go! To fry it, you just heat up your pan, apply some oil and pour your batter. I use extra virgin olive oil by the way.

I use cocoa powder if i crave for chocolate and other times i use cinnamon! It's up to you to do what you want. I then take a tablespoon of all natrual peanut butter and mix it with some almond milk (you can use cow milk or soy milk) and a bit of water. Next, just mix them up and you continue adding more water if you want the mixture to become thinner. To make it sweeter i drizzle some raw honey!!

MY CHRISTMAS WISH LIST ☃

YES I KNOW CHRISTMAS IS EXTREMELY NEAR AND THINKING ABOUT IT GIVES ME GOOSE BUMPS BUT ANYWAYS LET'S GET STARTED ON MY WISHLIST 


1. A Victoria Secret wallet (i have not changed my wallet for years okay)

2. iPhone 5s (the phone i am using right now is going crazy i swear to god)

3. A MacBook (i ended up spending my holidays without movies because my laptop went white whenever i turned it on)

4. Anything from Lush or The Body Shop (recently i have been so obsessed with both of the brand  that i go mad whenever i enter the shop)

5. A BATH & BODY WORKS OUTLET IN SINGAPORE PLEASE (i don't get how there is a lush and the body shop outlet but there is no bath & body works outlet YOU CAN'T DO THAT)

6. Clothes, clothes and more clothes (i am a girl and i need clothes alright)

7. Demi's or Miranda's book (it will be better if i am able to get both though)

That is all i really want for Christmas to be honest, i do have a few other wishes but that can wait. Because the things above are the things I NEED OKAY I NEED THEM. So Santa please make my wishes come true or I'll chop your long white beard off ☻

☾how i lost 20kg☽

So after my first blog post, people have been asking me about how i lost 20kg and since I am still not sure what to write for my second post i decided to tell you guys how i lost all the weight! Before i start, sorry about all the spelling mistakes in my previous post, i was so excited that i forgot to check. Oops! Okay, I shall stop blabbering and start NOW!

ACTUALLY COUNTED CALORIES
Well i was new to all the diet thing and just like most people out there, i thought that by cutting calories and exercising A LOT i will get what I want. So I would still eat Nutella, macdonalds, KFC and more. I won't lie, my weight did go down but i still had body fat thus i did some research online and changed my diet. (Continued below ☻)

EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING
I am sure all of you have heard this A MILLION TIMES. But really, if you want to lose weight without harming your body you just have to eat clean and exercise! Of course, eating clean can be tough and getting out of your bed takes a lot of effort but you just have to start slowly! So i got rid of all kinds of soda and other drinks that has sugars added and just drank plain water! I started to eat salads with a bit of dressing, wholemeal wraps and fruits. I hit the gym 3 times a week and when I am too busy to go to the gym i do some home workouts which i can find from YouTube. Now, it has become more of a lifestyle for me. It takes time to get results, BUT STAY MOTIVATED AND PUSH YOURSELF. I assure you, you will see changes! Of course i have had days where I get so lazy and crave for a burger and pizza. I AM A TEENAGE GIRL AFTER ALL SO. I do have cheat meals at times and there will be weeks where i never, NEVER exercise. I will be honest, eating unhealthy at times and never exercising made my hate myself and feel guilty so instead of eating a tub of ice cream and crying about how useless i am, i sit down and write about how i feel. That reminded me to never eat so unhealthy anymore and to always try my best to exercise. During my weight loss journey i have had my ups and downs but i always reminded myself that i never want to go back to how i looked last time. If you want to lose weight, you need patience and determination. I never compared myself with any other girls BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT BODY!!!! I don't weigh myself, instead i take pictures of myself every month and compare. At times i never saw any difference but i just kept going. Sometimes i felt like i grew fatter and some days i felt like i am really skinny but i just kept going! ☻ 




WHY CONTINUE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE LOST 20kg???
Like i said, it has become a lifestyle for me and I can't eat unhealthy everyday, i feel really bloated and uneasy to be honest. As well as, ever since I have changed my diet, i feel more energized, healthy, fit and my skin IS WAY BETTER NOW. So girls, if you want to have a good skin eating clean, drinking lots of water and exercising helps. 



NOW, i am 20kg lower, feeling healthy and fit and have a better skin! I won't say i don't feel insecure about my body and face anymore because i still do but i try to not bother so much. BESIDES YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE SO WHY BOTHER. I am sorry if this post is extremely long and boring ðŸ˜” But i still hope you had fun reading about my journey and i hope it gave you some motivation! HELLOOOOOOO EVERYONE 

This is my first time creating a blog because to be honest i never dared to create one and i thought that blogging was boring when I was younger. But things change as years pass so. I'm not sure what to write for my first blog post and it took me forever to think on what I should say and what i shouldn't. And I gave up thinking and decided to just type out everything that came to my mind! So i decided to tell you guys a little bit about MAHSELF

My name is Faatimah and i find it extremely boring because there are plenty of girls who have the same name as me HOWEVER my name has two As as you can see and that is not common so. I have always wanted to be a youtuber but you know TOO POOR TO GET A GOOD ASS CAMERA. I'm from an all girls school since I was 7 so i am awkward around boys who I have just met. I become a shy person when I am lazy to socialize (who feels me). I love love LOVE pink and more pink. I'm a muslim by the way. I am from singapore and i want to get out of here (SOMEONE TAKE ME AWAY PLEASE) i want to move to either the UK or LA i don't know. I lost 20kg by exercising and eating healthy and that is why I am really into fitness and health related stuff. Despite losing that much of weight i have not reached my goal so i am still working on my body! I have been playing netball since the age of 10 (I LOVE NETBALL). I have an addiction to lip balms and perfumes omg and i am not rich, I would say I'm an average girl. I am addicted to The Body Shop and i have not tried out products from Lush sigh. I like to use products that are natrual so whenever i purchase something i make sure they are as natrual as possible! love movies, shopping, sleeping and helping people out by giving them advices ☻ SO TELL ME IF YOU NEED HELP I WILL TRY TO HELP! 

OKAY, that is all i can't think of right now but yeah i guess this are the basic things that i feel like you should know about me! Bye for now, i hope i will be back with a good and interesting topic to talk about (don't worry i will be back) SO BUH BYE FOR NOW DON'T MISS ME TOO MUCH YEAH.
